The project is located in a steep alpine setting between the village fabric of Laret, Via Maistra, and the natural mountain landscape. A compact building, divided into two slightly offset volumes, responds to the surrounding conditions, optimizing views, sunlight, and creating a shared entrance and outdoor space.
The design preserves the site’s natural character, integrating existing elements and introducing native vegetation, communal areas, and biodiversity features while minimizing soil sealing.
The ground floor acts as a social hub with shared facilities, while upper floors offer flexible apartment layouts, including adaptable “joker rooms.” The project combines spatial efficiency, flexibility, and strong integration with the landscape, emphasizing community living and environmental sustainability.
